Teleporting to (or to move to) is a keyword found on moving skill cards and on the Goods Body Oil.
It involves a target character (if unspecified, the user is usually implied) and a destination. Upon resolution of the skill, it may be intercepted by Body Oil and have its effect replaced by moving to a random block if its condition is met. Otherwise, its effect is carried out by landing the target character onto the destination block.
Such a teleport will directly land the player onto the destination. They will not pass Start (even if the Start block is the destination), not be stopped by players (in effect of Yikes! Crocodile!), however will trigger the effect of the block, such as paying toll on hostile properties.
